Defenders of the 2nd Amendment for people who use Swords and Honour Chivalry

The National Sword Association is an Organization that protects the citizens of the United States and the 2nd Amendment, so that all can freely open carry a sword or use a sword in the defense of themselves and their fellow citizen. The NSA's interest in promoting the live steel sport among the countries youth and the adult fans of sword, NSA's youth program is in full swing with more than 200 youth (boys and girls) competing. Today,  programs are being created as a cornerstone of the NSA, and wanting to create affiliated programs with groups such as 4-H, the Boy Scouts of America, the American Legion, Girl Scouts, National High School Associations and others.

The NSA continues its commitment to training in fencing, kendo, IAI, and othe live steel activities, and education on the use of the sword. The National Sword Association (NSA) is a sword rights advocacy group based in the United States. Founded in 2005, the group has informed its members about any form related legislation since then, and it wants to lobby for a safe sword legislation, because we know that certain rules do help protect people, but we also want a basic right to carry a sword just as we carry a gun. We do know and Recognize a need for better training to all.

We do want to support the ability to start sword clubs among people with the interest in swords. To promote the use of a sword as a basic weapon in the Military and National Guard. The NSA hosts annual meetings. The 2018 meeting was held in August 10th, in Bonney Lake, Washington . More than 50 exhibitors and 7000 people attended the event.

Clayton is Co-Founder of the National Sword Association, He has been a collector of sword and medieval weapons since he was young. So getting the public aware of the right to carry a sword in public is a top priority.

Donald L. Hinkle

Co-Founder

Hinkle is the other co-founder of the NSA, a fellow fan of Renaissance Faire. He met Todd at The Washington Renfaire back in 2004 and they became quick friends and wanted to educate people on swords, So creating the NSA was the best choice. As Todd he also enjoys Scottish Highland games.

Carol C. Braddock

President

Braddock became the president of the NSA back in 2008, when they started to get more and more people interested in the Association. She is Big fan of Renaissance Faire
